With a monthly capacity of 180,000 pieces, DNM Apparel Ltd. is our own production facility. Additionally, we make sure that we only collaborate with the most reputable and socially conscious businesses in light of the constantly rising need for social compliance. Every one of our units complies completely with social compliance and labor regulations across the country.

Performance Assurance

Our skilled quality control staff ensures that the products meet the needs of the customers. Our team consists of five quality controllers who possess comprehensive knowledge of the inspection businesses’ AQL levels and the methodology used by different customers. The customer informs our staff of the necessary AQL level and production, and inspection is carried out appropriately. Additionally, if the buyer so requests, the goods are examined by foreign inspection firms such as SGS, TUV, ITS, and so on. The customer receives production reports every day.

Quality Control Process

We have a robust quality control system in place where a full-time Quality Assurance Officer (QAO) oversees each merchandiser and does in-line inspections in every manufacturing division. Our QAO supervisor inspects the 30% of clothing that each section’s QAOs have approved at a specific time of day. All QAOs consistently verify 100% of the items. Every QAO submits their daily reports to QAM, emphasizing the most important issues. Reports from QAM are sent to the operation director as well as the appropriate merchandisers. Relevant Merchandisers guarantee that the QAM and QAO are correctly packed. Prior to shipment, the merchandiser does his own last inspection after adhering to the aforementioned protocols.
